True.

We'll never win the World Cup again until West Ham sort their lives out, cos they won the 1966 one for us single handedly, just ask a West Ham fan!!

the influx of foreign players should have been controlled at an earlier stage.
the academies of english clubs are starting to produce better quality players & the top foreign players have all contributed something to that development.
it's not all doom & gloom, even the lower division sides are actually playing a passing game these days & the old long ball , kick & rush style that we were famed for is gradually dying out, even, i might add at amateur level.
the prem will always be sky's priority because globally the prem top teams are the most popular. take a look at the thais that wear replica shirts, 95% (?) prem teams. it's the same in the rest of asia & africa too.
Remember, no one can make you feel inferior without your consent.

Pity the squad weren't given practice at them, hey.

Looks like Scotland are on the up.
More significantly, in Europe alone, the Scots are now ranked 11th and 14th in the world rankings, which would see them among the second pot of seeds in the World Cup draw.
Could be a brighter future for the young boys in the Team. :)

:thumb: nice change of tone there from the "G" ...

...still, glad I missed that particular event - the thought of watching either the England OR Scotland squad making sexy-time is probably good enough reason to switch back to the football anyway!

Does anyone know a bar which will definitely be showing the Scotland v Italy game on 17 November.

Probably a midnight or 0100 hours kick off - Thai time
