Is your wife Thai?

Afraid that the rent depends on the location. Can range from a few thousand a month in a dark alley near nowhere to tens of thousands a month in a busy location. Old property adage location, location, location.

Probably best to do your own research when you get to HH.

Hi fach3003,

There is a long row of brand new little shops in soi 94. Only a handful of them have businesses running at the moment, but in others preparations are going on as well. Haven't got a clue about the rent though. There is a big sign with a telephone number. If you like to inquire I can get it for you next time I drive by.

But Richard's questions is essential: if your wife is not Thai forget the shop. If she is: Good luck!
We are all living in 'the good old days' of the future.

The mind boggles - 'Way-aye kah'

If she serves pie and chips I might be tempted.

Good luck to both of you!
