History in the making?

Post by Don East Stand »

Hi guys and girls,

My beloved St Johnstone are playing Dunfermline on Sunday 25th November with a 3 pm (UK time) in the Challenge Cup final at Dens Park Dundee ( the home of our most hated rivals :cuss: )

We have NEVER won a national cup before and even although this competition is only for teams outside the top division in Scotland, it's still a chance to make history and stop our rivals singing, "you've never won Feck all!" :cuss:

I'm already all over the place and having a cup (well a few glasses   ) of weekend celebrations to calm my nerves.

If you've nothing better to do and want to give yourselves a treat at 10pm Hua Hin time on Sunday then you can get the match for only 1.99 pounds at http://www.scottishfootballleague.com

I'll be sitting, well probably standing breaking the law, shouting and singing from seat number W 86 in the Bob Shankley Stand  if you want to see what a nutter you are getting for a neighbour

COME ON YE SAINTS This has to be our time, even although Burnley pinched our boss this week :cuss:

If we win I'll probably be able to update you about Wednesday :thumb:

First of all thanks to Hulltown, for his predicton. It was all the motivation that the super Saints needed. I've not had it officially confirmed as yet but I believe they must have pinned a copy of your post on the dressing room wall

We were awesome, 3 - 0 up after 29 minutes :guns: :guns: :guns:

But as only Saints can we ended up hanging on at 3 - 2 for the last 20 minutes, but we made it.

After 123 years of trying we have at last made history by winning our first national cup! :thumb:

COME ON YE SAINTS.

Cheers Sarge, no problem.

I now feel that I belong, having finally been insulted by Sarge

Anyway what's this champers carry on, we can drink Irn-Bru straight out of the bottle, no straws required. :thumb:
