Authentic Mexican Food, - - Finally!

Post by Pundi64 »

I hear there will be a new Mexican food place, same street as the night market is on, just down from the Night & Day massage. It is called Baja Tacos, and should be open any day now. The place is painted yellow outside, can't be hard to find.
The owner - cook has been cooking Mexican food for sometime now in the states, so he is a stickler for authentic traditional food, also is going to have handmade tortias, which should add a new dimension to the place.

Pundi64,
I like authentic Mexican food as much as the next man, but your information sounds a bit too close to home; do you have any interest in this new restaurant? If you do, or are family or a close friend of the owner i think you should reveal this, as it raises some suspicions about your opinion otherwise.

finally, good mex food

Post by CliveBLive »

If it ain't opened yet, going a bit far to say "Finally" and dont believe all yer told.

As for plugging yer own business or that of a friend, seems like there is a certain pub/restaurant owner and frequent poster who gets away with free advertizing and plugs daily. no name or initials will be mentioned.

Moddy request

Can we stop talking about sponsorship/free advertising on this thread, please. Start another thread if you want to discuss that subject. Or better still, if you have concerns, please pm a mod or admin.

Also, so far I've seen nothing but conjecture on here. No descriptions of the actual food. No reviews from anyone that's been there. Even the first post doesn't describe food. So, maybe that's what the next posts on here should be about - the actual food/eating experience, there.

Is this the place that HHS got invited out of for complaining about red beans in a chicken enchilada??

Maybe HHS lied?
