If you Google Sunrise Real Estate Hua Hin, you get plenty of hits. If you go on to their website from there, at the bottom it states copyright 2006 to 2008. As it states 2008, I would guess they are still in business.

Don't know. I do know that they're no longer in the location near the railway line, but they could have just moved elsewhere.

The website is still up but they are no longer in business in Hua Hin to my knowledge. We have had a number of customers looking for them but to no avail.

Shame - Nong and Mark were really good to me when I lived in HH and was hoping to catch up with them via email... guess they could be anywhere now :(

One of them posts on this forum from time to time but not much recently, so you might get them responding to this possibly. I doubt that they have moved away from the area though.

So......

Post by HHHound »

Their office in market village is closed also..... The web site seems strong. Having done the "soup to nuts" visit to the menu I can tell you that seems 90% of the agents work out of their house!

To be hones I met a few that used taxi's to show me property and one had a car that he "rented" from a private party that broke down. Good thing my mobile worked as so how he could get reception, likely NO Baht.
I took him out to lunch cause it looked like he could use a meal!

Can't say that when I was looking that I came across many down and out agents. You must be frequenting the wrong type of places!

I got most of them via sources you are likely know to you and many others on this board! sister sites provided me with listings. On gent clearly had a smell of booze on his breath at 10am..... It's not just sister lists to theis site at all. Can you post some agents yo-u would recommend. If I have had a negative experience with any of them I'll not post that info!

Dear HHHound

I have extensive experience of the property market in Hua Hin .I will not name my own company hre as I do not advertise on this site and feel it would be unfair to do so without paying my dues .I WILL seriously consider becoming a sponsor and/or advertising if someone sends me the relevant details .

I am shortly going to put a number of properties of our own on the market .Whilst we still continue brokerage we also now have other interests as the partnership has expanded .

These are some of the agencies and individuals that we will be using as we have observed professionalism and honesty from them over several years

Acute realty-Peter

Hot property-Johnny

Dream Homes-Pete

Paradise Property-Chuck/Adge

Engel and Volkers -Purely for the international reputation

Plus Property-Part of the San Siri group ,superb client base .

Siam property-Andy/Na

Owners abroad-Clive

Our own outfit-Me/the ferret/the scouser and the great white hope

We will try several other high street offices as well.We will also use a number of independent people that we know and trust .

I hope this is of help

Probably, but not necessarily. A PHP enabled site can "self update" if the correct coding is used.

I just learned that last week. ;)

I will confirm this as well, they are out of business since last september.
Bought from them, but luckily paid the developer directly.
As one of my sources stated : they tried to run before knowing how to walk. I got away without scars, hopefully others as well.
Although they still visit my developer from time to time to get their commission.....
