I have extensive experience of the property market in Hua Hin .I will not name my own company hre as I do not advertise on this site and feel it would be unfair to do so without paying my dues .I WILL seriously consider becoming a sponsor and/or advertising if someone sends me the relevant details .

I am shortly going to put a number of properties of our own on the market .Whilst we still continue brokerage we also now have other interests as the partnership has expanded .

These are some of the agencies and individuals that we will be using as we have observed professionalism and honesty from them over several years

Acute realty-Peter

Hot property-Johnny

Dream Homes-Pete

Paradise Property-Chuck/Adge

Engel and Volkers -Purely for the international reputation

Plus Property-Part of the San Siri group ,superb client base .

Siam property-Andy/Na

Owners abroad-Clive

Our own outfit-Me/the ferret/the scouser and the great white hope

We will try several other high street offices as well.We will also use a number of independent people that we know and trust .

I hope this is of help

From your list I know at least 1 of these agents who you mention is an out and out rouge.

Thanks for that.

Any idea where they are or what they are doing now????
Hi,

No, no idea where Mark or JJ are, and I am not in the habit of gossiping without hard facts about absent people.

I reckon everyone that is involved in real estate and posts on here regarding property subjects should reveal their involvement so that readers have something to gauge the posts by.

I'm not looking for gossip BB, I'm looking for the whereabouts of my friends.

Thanks anyway.

Fair enough.
I'll contact someone that I know they will contact soon, let me ask him to obtain their new e-mail addresses then.
Ok ?
Might take a few weeks though.....

As for 'friends', that what I though as well, I got lucky to get away from them without a loss.

Why's that Jockey?

Thanks heaps BB. When I first came to Hua Hin I stayed at Top Marks which Mark had at that time, and Mark and Nong helped me out by looking after my daughter (I'm a single Mum) so I could go to interviews and the like, and we became friends and spent a lot of good times together until I left.

Would just like to know how they and their son are doing.

Is or was this company connected to manyana and manyana park? Just been by there with -name with held -and saw a lot of derilicts.

It was related that the 'developers' of these estates separated about 40 million baht (that sure sounds like a lot) from punters and have since said, "See ya, manyana!"

Is this the "true" story, semi true story, or totally false? If not true, then why are the sights vacant with building materials scattered about?

Are you the Hails who used to post on another website devoted to teaching in Thailand?
