I see that on page 9 of todays Bangkok Post there is a notice from the immigration bureau announcing the ability to apply for some services over the net from March.

I wonder whether it will have a check box -- "Pay Bribe Here"

Sorry,
I just get angry sometimes. Looking at your OP, there has always been the option of downloading the relevant forms from the internet.
Quite whether a local office understands that is a different matter.
