So what is going on around here and where does it happen? This section is for discussion on local events, festivals, and holidays as well as activities and things to do.

Hua Hin 2 hours of Traditionnal Thai massage ?

Post by Jimiherf »

I'll be back in HH on Dec. and I guess one of the first things I'll need is a serious 2H Thai massage to relieve me from an exhausting year in the West ...
Does anyone of you know the 'must have' place (or personnal contact) for that kind of 'pain' treatment ? (I already tried the 'Me and You Massage, etc. formal places on the street but want to go for some more professional thing) ... :|

Hi Jimiherf. I suspect you are looking for a "professional" (ie good quality) traditional thai massage, as opposed to a sex-massage or a medicinal massage, right ?!

The Day & Night place in the night market is very professional and you can get a two hr traditional, straight oil or non-oil massage for around 800 baht there. I've tried lots of places and this one is fair enough if you select the right masseuse - if she is good (more than likely), tip her a couple of hundred baht. Fifteen quid for a two-hour session can't be bad value. Then go for a few beers, find a pretty bar girl and go for gold ! :P

Cheers mate.

Thanks philip !
That place is one of the first I try when I'm in Paradise City again.
But for sure they'll have to lower the price to something more decent : should not exceed 500 for 2 hrs !..

For the rest, yep !
