A few have opened in the last year or so about 500m back from the main road from soi 88-94 .Not sure about internet connections but they do offer 300-350 a night for new, clean rooms .I am sure they would do a long term deal if you hit them at the right time of year .

Good Luck

Thank you crazy88,
I will have a look. That should be fine and about internet in worse case I will use Hutch. I m just looking for a quiet and good environment meaning no bars around to live and the price maybe not more than 5k/month. I have never been there (shame for a thai) so not sure about the city at all. I will go have a look next week. Thank you for your help. I need to move there badly.

5000 Baht pr month for a condo?
If you're a Thai I'm sure you will be able to get some sort of shelter, but if you're a farang you'll challenge all local houseless inhabitants with a price tag like that.
Think you will have to move further north to be able to meet your demands.
E.g. Petchaburi or similar.

There are a couple of new blocks near my place where you can get a studio apartment for that sort of money, one on soi 16 and the other on soi 12 or 14. I can’t imagine you will get internet, but apart from that they look pretty serviceable.

I very much doubt if you can find a condo near the centre of Hua Hin for around 5000 baht a month. It depends what your definition of a condo is. Sea view, balcony, etc. Or just a studio apartment.

I really think that out of town might be within your price bracket. Have you tried VIP condos. They're outside Hua Hin, towards Cha-Am. A lot of students from Webster University stay there, and, I believe, they're not that expensive. I don't think you'll get an Internet connection in the room, but there may be wi-fi or an Internet cafe nearby.

Good luck in your search...

Go up Soi 88 until you reach the Family Mart on the left hand side. Turn left and you will see two large apartment buildings. There you will get clean en-suite accommodation for 4 to 5,000 THB per month with wireless internet in your room.
