Can anybody advise the most reliable place in Hua Hin for car air conditioning refigerant recharging?

A lot of places do it, including L. Service on the Phetkasem Road towards Cha-Am.

They're just before the new traffic lights near the Palace. There's also a walkover just beyond the lights, so as soon as you see one, or the other, slow down and pull over on the the left-hand side. If Khun Gai is there you can do it all in English, if he isn't there (and your Thai isn't up to it) then pointing at the air-con will probably give them the message - just say re-charge (or re-char).

This place gave good service at a reasonable cost.. Bht 550 Vs the Bht 1500 I was charged in Bangkok the last time I had it done ( I guess the Bankok "Kamoy" saw me coming!!)
