The stage is going up for this already - looks like it'll be a good afternoon though I can't see how they're going to get 8,756 Bangkok plated SUV's down that tiny soi next to Anantasila!

Roll on carnage!

We'll be there for the first couple of hours only - going somewhere to watch the cup final in the evening.

The land at the end of the Anantasila soi has been turned into a car park but it looks as though it can only take about 50 vehicles and there are likely to be over a thousand. Reports are that Sai Dtai is already packed out and the inbound traffic is heavy ... glad I don't live in Khao Takiab.

Town was full of Bangkok teenagers at about 3pm as I headed home. Loads arriving by train. Easy to tell from HH teenagers - far more edgy sense of fashion. Looks like this thing is going to be packed!

It is packed, and (for me, anyway) FAR TOO PACKED! They're parking on football field a mile away, etc etc. Street in Takiab completely jammed.. .. it's far too narrow a street for all the traffic. Next year (?) they really should move it much closer to HH, at least to where the divided road begins en route to HH. Just one opinion.

There were just a couple of people there! Spent the afternoon with Mermaid Cruises which was very cruisy, more shots to follow.
