I have used a BM several months and am a bit disappointed.

Now, I am not using it very often, I prefer to make my bread myself. You can use the BM in order to knead your dought.

Bearing all of this in mind, I went to Tesco and bought some French bred. He is definitely better than the one you will get with a BM.

You may be surprised. You can get flour in Isan. They use it mainly for cakes and buns. You just need to get the variety right. That may be a challenge in Thai.

However if you do your crossings in Nong Khai then you will find plenty of very good quality bread flour. Something good left by the French.
