Started a new thread with this one. Downloaded FF3 yesterday and have not had time to read all the new changes etc in the system yet, but have just discovered one good thing just now.
You are now able to drag and drop any webpage links into the address bar and it automatically opens the page that you want, no more clicking on links etc, just drag and drop into the address bar and away you go.
Just tried to do in IE7 and is not possible. If any of you people find any more interesting features lets share them.

Check out the zoom - it actually zooms into pages proportionally unlike IE and previous versions that only zoom the text and break up the rest of the page.
(ctrl -/+ will zoom a page)
I'll post a review of it shortly with all the new functions.

Chees Buks, that is excellent, I will be interested to read your review, I will also try and have a look at the changes as I am not working this weekend. With the changes, it is just little things like that which make it so much easier for the end user and not so clumsy to operate.

Buks, just one thing that is annoying me with FF3 is the actual address bar. Instead of just the web address of the site that you have been to, you are getting all the detail of the page and site that you have visited. Is there any way that it can be put back to the original format.
I have looked but cannot see how to do it.

Fans in frenzy for feisty Firefox
Mozilla looks to have taken the lead in satisfying nerds' needs for instant gratification with its newest version of Firefox, downloaded in record numbers as soon as it was released.
One little gripe I have about the new Firefox after using it for a week is page refreshing. It now does what IE does and brings up the cached page more often so you need to do a hard refresh (ctrl + F5) to get the current.
Still nothing is perfect eh!

Actually I love the new style address bar. It almost always comes up with what I want when I type things in. The trick is to remember that now you can just type in the name of a site you've previously been to, you don't have to type the address, and usually after 3 or 4 letters it's found it for you. Serious, once you get used to it you'll not be able to live without it.
