if so, let me know . . looking for people who can really throw
Well, a number of years ago, a Dutch friend and I were getting to almost "professional" status, working on our skills nearly every day in front of The Sofitel. We became so good, that we were thinking about charging the wonder struck tourists and locals to watch us practice. Unfortunately, I had to go back to the UK temporarily, so our rise to stardom was interrupted. On my return, the decent frisbee we had had been reclaimed by my ex's son and we just never got back into it again.
Joking aside, we did go regularly to the beach and have a laugh. I wouldn't mind doing it again, but bear in mind that I'm about 7 years older and numerous pounds heavier!!
I'm not sure where to get a decent frisbee. We got a pretty crappy one at the line of stalls that run down to the main beach entrance at Sofitel.
Keep me informed. I might make a comeback

hi lomuamart,
great . . it's like riding a bike, is the dutch guy still around? i'll let you know when i manage to locate a good disk . . if you see a powder blue one wash ashore (or any locals with it), claim it back
i do have a glow in the dark frisbee, but it's not that great - makes for good times at night though.
HHTel, are you showing interest . . or just for your dog?

As I said before, I have seen them in the stalls that run down the side of The Sofitel at the main beach entrance - just after the Tourist Police office. They weren't very good - light - which would make them difficult to use if windy.
Other than that, I can only suggest maybe the old shopping mall. Up on the first/second floors.I don't know what frisbee is in Thai (maybe frisbee?).
Other than that, I'm stumped. Never go to Market Village, so I don't know what's on offer there.
