Property on Trade

Post by arturo »

Location location location

Trade 2 properties for 1

I have an older beachfront condo lowest floor in a highrise w/ pool etc Cha Am but closer to Hua Hin but would like to trade it along with a 2 bedroom house in a nearby mostly Western by Palm Hills neighborhood, 100 wah trading up for a another, maybe newer beachfront condo with security etc. same area preferred but could consider other areas.

Is it possible to do a heads up trade?

Not sure if this is an advert or a question, I'll leave it for the moment.

arturo, I would suggest you look here. www.classifiedshuahin.com as a means of finding someone to swap with.

The question of if you can swap properties in Thailand, is probably an obvious answer, but just in case of any special rules regarding this type of property transaction, I'll leave comments from members to be along those lines.

Most people, I would have thought, would just put their current property up for sale and look for another to buy once they have secured a sale of their own.
