Just say "NO" to speedos

Sure everyone has seen this, but went to the beach for a weekend recently and the wife refused to go to the actual beach because she said "It'll just be full of people wearing those silly little swim suits", "looks ridiculous, don't like".

Went down for a beer myself and she was right, full of unsightly westerners in speedos.

Even if you look like a greek-god, it's still a bit suspect.

When I go to the beach, it's knee-length, baggy shorts with pockets, not a semi see-through loin cloth.

Is it just the continental europeans here?

Just what is the deal with this?

If there are any Speedo wearers out there, then tell us the deal?

By the way, what's with the white socks and flip-flops? [/b]

Ha ha ha, It always seems to be the guy with his beer gut hanging down over the front of his speedo's that has them on. He appears from the front to be naked whilst having his arse flossed at the rear....

Men wearing Speedos should definitely be banned. From a female point of view they're just not attractive (even if they have a good body

back to the OP's second point:

white socks and flip flops = Samurai in disguise? I used to wear Tabi (Japanese Sock things....) when doing some Aikido but never on a beach.....Ninjas mate im telling you

In my present resting place the Speedos are worn mainly by Russians and other Eastern Europeans, the women are identified by wearing high heels to the beach and all trying to look like Dusty Springfield. I have to say that Brits have improved their holiday wardrobes compared to 10 or 15 years ago.

I've just had an idea.

How about doing a HHAD calendar? Most of us on here are anonymous so what about a 'neck down' photo. I think that all the mods should wear Speedos and the gals can wear whatever they like. There could even be a competition matching Buksida and co. with their torsos.

How about it guys?
