Hi there Y'all

The 2012 Sommer Olympics in London will be something on the line as sydney was in 2000 a Tat better but not as lavish and an obsessive hang of over control and perfection as I had perceived these Finished Chiniese Olympics. I'm denately looking forward and will be attending this event hopefully as a sports Jounalist or @ least as a Spectator.

As I looked @ the 8 Mon. presentation of London 2012 I was Impressed with Jimmy Paiges Guitar performance on his legedary Gibson Les Paul "Jimmy Paige Signatur" Guitar. the little bit more nurts of burn on the wood gives it away you must look carefully to spot the diffrence!

Well I hope that The Internet as we know it today and HHAD will be available as that year co incides with the Event that Internet 2 goes Online.

Wheerrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! Hit the brakes really hard!

:offtopic: I;m defantely looking forward to the Londonia Olympics in 2012 will keep a vert subconcious count down to this Event.!!!

don't you lot have anything positive to say about the u.k and the 2012 olympics.
You must be joking. Talking about being positive at the same time as displaying the mother of all lost causes?... a Watford avatar!

Ok. Ok. help us out a little.... What cultural gems does your positive mind conjure up?
i see why the australians call the english wingeing poms
Sometimes with good reason. Remember the Dome debacle? All that hype and millions of people disappointed.
give them at chance at least and don't judge the games till after the event.
Why not? We're speculating about the ceremonies. Not the actual games. Are you saying the 8-minute segment that offered an insight into the thinking, was praiseworthy?
take a lesson from our thai hosts and try and be proud of your country.
That's a tough one. I'm pleased for the athletes concerned yet if I was proud of my country, I would never have left it.

Nothing much to add here MrPlum except that I'm damn proud of my country even if I left it.

Oh, just a thought; I wouldn't have been here if it wasn't for Churchill and you Anglo Americans!!
But as you say, you are not proud of your country and I accept that, but please allow me to be proud of your country as well as my own country.
I intend to live forever - so far so good.

Norseman. Didn't you Vikings rape and pillage Britain and put Canute on the throne, ending the reign of Anglo-Saxon Kings? No wonder you love Britain. You have good reasons to be proud of your country. I would love to be able to afford to live in Norway.

You may dislike or even hate the politicians for what they're doing, but England, Scotland and Wales,
with it's beautiful cultivated country-side, inhabited by the most stubborn but friendly bulldogs,
is just an amazing country.
You really have a lot to be proud of, both in the past and present days.
As for the sport;
Beijing Olympics ranks the UK in fourth place with 19 gold medals and you have never experienced a better Olympics.
I would be proud of that too.

I do however agree with that it's maybe because of my ancestors that you are so good.
I intend to live forever - so far so good.

After an impressive opening and closing Olympic ceremony from Beijing, and doubts raised as to whether or not London can follow such a performance in 2012, the London Olympic Committee stand firmly behind it's original programme scheduled for the opening ceremony of the London Olympics in 4 years time.

A spokes person said, "The moment London won the bid we made a massive investment and commitment to our rehearsal programme to ensure a 'show stopping performance' fit for the World stage"

Additionally, to halt any further rumours of doubt spreading Professor Goodman of the London Olympic Committee PR Office has personally taken it upon himself to invite select members of the World Press to a sneak preview of the opening ceremony rehearsals at a secret sound stage location in Kent.

To view a part of these rehearsals follow the link below:
