The Dick Holder

For years now I've seen a Thai guy walking around Hua Hin in the daytime, usually along the road by the railway line, or around Ban Gai, holding his penis in his hand.
Has anyone else noticed this? I mentioned it to my wife, and she said that she had heard he had a very large one. We call him Hold-his-Hum.

Know who you mean very well .All the people where we live in soi 88 call him "knob man" I have been told he is from a wealthy family but a little "touched by the sun" shall we say .Seems completely harmless .Viagra overdose maybe ?
