Randy you are a cad and a bounder! What did you think of the Orangutan doing the tricks with water?
Bill,

Is that the entertainment you've brought in to go with the tapas? :D

Mr. B. Bill, just courious about where you got the foodie ideas. Like whole roasted garlic.
Was very impressed by those little goodies when you put out your buffet.

Nice touch!

As a newcomer to Hua Hin I heard about the Buffalo Tavern and was pleasantly surprised when we went in. Had the spare ribs which were good and then I was told about the Tapas evening on Friday.

Just to say put me in for me plus five and thanks for the discount. Any chance of 20% discount because of there being 6 (only joking at 15 Baht a dish, only joking, ha,ha)!

See you soon Don, could you bring me some sausages and cheese please.

Maybe there at Christmas, God willing and the river don't rise.

If I make it, I will bring some of my sisters finest Cumberland sausages and she does various home made farm cheeses as well. :D

What could be better than a selection of the dishes you have listed, some good wine or beer and some good company. Cheers Bill.

I know but they are good so are JD's snorkers (sausages). I used to have HHHB products for breakfast most mornings and I miss those as well.

Thanks for those who came along to the tapas evening tonight. Everyone said the food was great which is much appreciated considering the amount of work which goes into to the prep. We served 72 people, 3 dishes each, and then a large number of people ordered more, totalling over 200 odd in total. A great evening had by all, thanks for the support and kind words of appreciation.

The Tapas night was great, food was lovely and anyone who saw the menu would appreciate the time and difficulty of preparing and serving such a wide array of dishes, they did a great job.

More of this sort of thing is needed in Hua Hin! Well done to Bill and Lorraine and all of those involved in the night. (the head chef must have been absolutely knackered on Saturday!!)

So Bill, when's the next time?

Have to concur with JW and Frarang - 5 of us went there and ordered everything on the menu - that was seven menus x 3 small dishes.

Of the 5 of us, 3 were Thais and they all enjoyed it as much as we did.
Our party included my business partner, Able, who is also the owner of M&A Guest House (formerly the Doghouse), whose wife had given birth to their daughter just a week ago - so we were also wetting the baby's head.

The only problem we had was deciding what to leave out when we wanted more - we weren't really hungry any more, just couldn't stop.

It was a great evening and the food was extremely varied and delicious without exception.

It was also very good value for money - I was pleasantly surprised when I got my bill.

Great organisation by Bill and Lorraine too!

I look forward to the next tapas evening.
