At great expense, we have now purchased a PA system for our quiz for people in Hua Hin Thailand.
So those hard of hearing or cant hear us in England they will not have to strain what is left of one of their senses.

Thank you.

Nic.

Richard, go and wash your mouth out with soap and water! Faggots and pease pudding are most certainly not cockney fare! :tsk:

Stewed Eels, Pie, mash and liqour amongst others most certainly are!!! :thumb:

And fish and chip shops that sell Rock (God, I miss Rock and chips)! :(

Are you sure?

I could have sworn I'd heard of cockney faggots!

It's sounds as familiar as Yorkshire pudding or Lancashire Hotpot.

I hope you're not getting personal!!! :thumb:

Go further north dear boy - just north of Brum - area known as the Black Country.

Anything made up of minced meat and fried or grilled was known as a rissole down London way - even burgers. I remember my mum querying, when she first learnt what a burger was, why they had changed the name!

The new "minced beef with bread" joint in North Korea sounds interesting.
