According to the French coach all the rugby world wants to see France beat England because we are universally disliked. So much for saving them from the Germans, ungrateful barstewards.

More like they'd like to see England out of after their recent World Cup successes. Obviously a big threat that they're all afraid of.

In all honesty, I really hope both sides actually turn up today. Neither have had great tournaments thus far and both have their ''off field'' issues which are not helping matters. There have been some classic matches between these two teams over the years and I for one hope today will provide another.

...........hope to see the winners in the semi!! :D

One hour to go, I've decided to stay home and shout at the TV :D

Hope that Rory Best is 100% fit as if not we could be in trouble.

I'm nervous, how these players will be feeling is unthinkable.

Let the battle begin.

Come on Ireland!

Well ruck me - cracking 1st half!
Great try by Wales. Huge pressure by Ireland, and a bit surprising that they didn't score a try, but great defence from Wales, one or two little errors from Ireland, and perhaps just a little spark of genius needed.
It's going to stay close - Ireland need a try asap.

I daresay pharvey will resurface some time tomorrow afternoon...

Well done, Wales. It's tempting to say "Hard luck" to Ireland, but there wasn't a lot of luck involved. Wales were too good for them on the day, and Ireland lacked a bit of invention. Even O'Driscoll looked pretty ordinary.

Now, on to the main course...

Wales were unbeatable :cuss: Their defence was a bit like Rourke`s Drift. Chez Pharvey must be a very happy place right now, hard to see either England or France beating them in the semi, but we can only hope.
Come on England shove it up their arrogant French arses.

Yes, a great day for Pharvey. :thumb: Let's now see how far they can go. A sad day for the Irish :( , the same thing I say when Notre Dame loses at something. Pete

Meanwhile, England just concede penalties...........and tries. :(

The French are turning us over any which way.

Game over.
