:agree: Storm in a teacup, because there's not much happening.
Personally, I didn't see anything wrong. Quite the opposite actually - good hard tackles. Just making a note of what was being said.

Wow...

Devastated for you, pharvey. You woz robbed. That missed drop goal was the difference. But well played Wales, and hopefully a sign that the southern hemisphere aren't going to get it all their way without a fight.

Absolutely bloody gutted! Outplayed SA just about everywhere apart from the most important - the scoreboard :banghead: :banghead:

Missed opportunities, missed kicks, handling errors.... all frustrating. Superb performance from our younger guys - shutting up a fair few skeptics

A few question marks over one of James Hook's penalties - not given........ but was it over???

Congrats to SA on their win, great performance from Wales - will tw@t Australia in the Quarter Finals!! :D :D

Final Score - SA 17 vs 16 Wales

Bloody Jaarpies have stuffed my Superbru place also........ b@st@rds

"We're pretty happy to get off the board that way," Springboks captain John Smit said.

"Wales played some good rugby and kept us in our half ... but we took the chance when we got it. Close game, nice to get through it."
And I thought the English were famous for understatement...

S Africa 17-16 Wales
Best game of the tournament so far
One things for sure, S Africa will have to up their game if they want to retain the cup  :|

They were very fortunate to win today & apart from the first 20 minutes were completely outplayed by the taffs in every department. :|

I'd feel sorry for the Welsh today . . . . . if it were humanly possible

its only the first round. Some teams are only starting to meld together after the first round.
The attrition of injuries has yet to kick in. Can't make conclusions yet, sez me a wallies supporter. England in black....ridiculous.

No shocks in the results so far, just plenty of surprises in the points differences and performances.

It appears there was some substance to the rumours after all.

Courtney Lawes faces the possibility of missing the rest of England’s Rugby World Cup campaign after being cited for allegedly striking Argentina hooker Mario Ledesma with his knee.

Lawes has been called to appear before a disciplinary hearing in Auckland for an offence which carries a guideline suspension of between three and 12 weeks, or matches in the World Cup context.
