Rugby 2008-09

Post by PeteC »

No one has started a thread on this yet so I guess I will. The Tri-Nations is going now and all I've seen is that SA keeps getting a whooping. I'm either out when the matches are on UBC or, they're not being covered as much this year as last.

Anyway, here's the thread and good to hear from true, loyal fans what's going on. Pete

My 11 year old daughter is ecstatic. She has hated SA since she heard the All Blacks were poisoned before the World Cup final in SA ( truly, food poisoning at their hotel). Since she supports NZ and Oz equally, the odds are on her side.

I know the Aussies beat the all blacks the other day, but my money is still on an All Black overall win...

i have seen most of the games so far & like randy would go for the all blacks to triumph in the end.
the springboks are out of it after their latest defeat to the aussies, so get the wooden spoon :(
they did beat the all blacks earlier in ther tourni though, 28-30 which was a highly entertaining game to say the least :D

all the fixtures & results are here.
