how big is hh (taxi)

hi all

only 4 weeks to go, This may seen a stupid question, but how big is hh town center, i will probally be arriving from bkk on the mini van, where does it drop off? I have not yet booked a guest house yet but hoping to get the pattana guest house, do i need taxi or is it walkable?
cant seen to find it on any map,

also hope it is not to far rfom the night life and town

The center of town is all pretty much walkable, the minivan drops off pretty much right in the center. Here is the website for Pattana:

You basically get off the minivan go to the traffic lights and walk down the road that leads to the ocean (Chomsin), then turn right at the end and the guesthouse is down a tiny ally on your right, opposite the Braserie de Paris restaurant.
