Lovely modern office, very efficient and polite staff, even pristine loos!
A far cry from the pokey old place on Spivey St.
Speedy service - they say by appointment only, but a guy rocked up from London while I was there without an appointment and was dealt with straight away.
If the visitors book is anything to go by theres nothing but praise. Plus quite a few folk who put their address as HuaHin.
Very easy to get to if you are driving, or even by bus. (The Park and Ride from Hull Centre terminates not far away.)
And an added bonus is Sainsburys and Homebase just around the corner. Bliss...
