Does anyone know what the arrangements are for the sad upcoming funeral of the Princess? Do we know the dates and the likely extent of the shut down in town?

According to the Post and MCOT:
The royal cremation ceremony will be carried out between November 14 and 19, 2008. Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani's remains will be cremated on November 15, 2008.

The effect on the general public regarding regarding closures etc, does not appear to be very clear.

As a farang bar owner/vested interest all I can say is if the bars have to close thats just respect...she was a good woman and maybe we should close....

a closure for yet another corrupt government election vote buying session, local or national, I do. Sod them....they are scum one and all.
