A friend and his wife are seriously considering renting/buying Brownes Hotel and I'm trying to get the right info for him before he commits.

He's in the Pub/restaurant game in Spain and has succesfully run his own bars for over 30 years and they are looking to relocate to Hua Hin. Also his wife is homesick and not enjoying life here in Spain.
