Agents...where are you living? On the moon?

Post by loverboy44 »

I know he is still building here now so I am sure he is still delivering VFM, in fact I know he is because an agent friend of mine take lots of people to view his houses because he knows they will be satisfied customers if they buy.

LOL. I really had to laugh reading this. Scince when is an agent interested in a satisfied customer.
They take you where they get the most comission and i would do the same if i would be an agent.
Some projects simply pay 10% comission some pay 5%.
The difference is let's take a 3 million Baht home, getting 150k or 300K.
How much would you like sir?
So i guess in the place you are talking about the developer will pay at least 10%.
Dream on.........

Since I started my firm in 2002, Loverboy. I have dozens of satisfied customers. In fact, there were others here before me too. They're still here, good folks with sustainable principles.

Yes, that's right. And I return the excess over the fair industry standard commission of 3% to the buyer as a discount.

Contrary to what seems to be your impression, Luvverboy, there are some perfectly honourable people working in the Hua Hin real estate sector. Not many, I concede, but we know who we are and we thank you for your helpful comments.

And what's this Luvverboy sh**? You got a real name?

Hello Craig or should i say holy Craig,
I know this business in Hua Hin very well and i know what i am talking about. It might be that your are so greatful to your customers but the last Guy who told me this started to work for a known company there that sold off plan, got money from the customers and the customers are still waiting for something to happen scince 2,5 years. Actually with this time annonucement you should know who am i talking about.
The fact that there are effectively no customers in Hua Hin will only make it worse....i wonder when they start paying 15% comission only to sell a little.
I atke it as you say that you are paying the difference back to your customers but how many agents will really do this?
Actually i only know one estate agency who will not take more then 5%. And now you should know again who i am talking about.

Most agents were shooting for the moon, which is why most of them are quiet now. :|

I have no idea what the moon has anything to do with the property business in Hua Hin, but this thread is going nowhere.
Anonymous mud-slinging of businesses is not tolerated and I have no other option than to close this thread.
I intend to live forever - so far so good.
