Surprised....No!
Bored with it....Yes!
Quite frankly it doesn't affect me directly, so I get a tad bored with the whole circus. The Ring Masters may change, but at the end of the day they're like kids in a school playground. Democracy, as we know it, has no place in a society where social status rules.
Bring the military in for a couple of years and get some kind of order re-instated.
