Post by Francois »

I'm looking for rennet to curdle milk. Is there any possibility to buy some in HH ?

Side question : where can I buy a cheese clothe ?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks.

I think I have solved my problem. I got a cheese clothe at Makro Pran Buri and I succeed to curdle milk with lemon juice.
I will check the result tomorrow :)

curdle milk

Hi Francois, this reminds me of my younger days in Devon when junket was made from blood warm milk and rennet, which I believe is made from something in a cow`s stomach! Anyway the result was delicious served with clotted cream.

My wife will but I'll have to eat them all, as were still in the UK.

That cheese factory on 10 makes fantastic mascarpone cheese for cheese cakes. :)
I've lost my mind and I am making no effort to find it.
