Death of Actor David Carradine

This may be slightly off topic. Nevertheless, it serves as a warning to those of you wearing laced shoes;
Bangkok Post, FP, June 5, 2009 Quote: American Actor David Carridine has been found dead in a closet in a hotel room in Bangkok. The body of Carradine was found (by housekeeper) curled up inside the wardrobe with one end of a shoe lace tied around his penis and the other end tied around his neck. Both of his hands were bound with a cord which was also tied around his neck. Unquote

From this we can learn at least two lessons;

1) Always wear moccasins or sandals
2) Do not tie up your penis to achieve an erection (use Viagra if required).

David Carradine was in Bangkok to star in a new movie, "Strand". He rose to fame (still according to Bangkok Post) in the TV series Kung Fu which ran from 1972 to 1975. He died at the age of 72.
