I see they at least have a picture of a boat, which is more than most of the many schemes over the years have managed!

Around Xmas-time there was a bit in the BKK Post about the powers-that-be allowing 3 or 4 new shipping-routes across the gulf here.
If I remember correctly then 2 routes were gonna sail over to Pattaya.
One was gonna be a ferry for vehicles,and the other possibly a high-speed shuttle-boat (foot passengers only).
Both routes were from jettys North of Cha-Am I think.
The other proposed routes went from Pattaya area South to Samui I think.

Hi there Y'all and of course you too usual suspect.

I can remember too reading in the Bangers Post the very same article but I' think it was before Xmas still under Samak S. or Somchai W. Govt. I don't know memories during these periond feels like a blackout acurred to me.
As I could remember that in the Article it was talk about estblishing a route from BAng Sean to Petchburi for Vehicles.
I don't know if these plans are still on the current Govt. agenda though but if this daily service to Hua Hin really takes off (IMO: I hvae a mojor doubtt) the 1st thing we shall see is a new language being added to the pricing list. from English, Deutsch, Scandinavian (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) Newly added: Russian and some other Baltic languages.
