I always like to be emailed to show a response to my postings
I use other sites but one in particular always gives you the text of the response along with the notification. No need to follow the link so able to either delete or respond by hitting the link
Is this feasible on HHAD? Or has it been tried before and dismissed for some reason?

Yes, in your profile select "Always notify me of replies:
Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post."
Ensure your email provider does not filter out and block automated responses from HHAD.

I think richard actually wants the response sent to him, not just a notification that a response has been made, if I am reading his post correctly.
