Hi Everyone, My nape is Chas and I have been an avid reader of this board for quite some time. I have found it to be most helpful in the planning for (early) retirement and the purchase of our new house. We have only been fully resident for the past 3 weeks and I hope that when we are a little more settled I can contribute some of my experiences to help other board members. :D

My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?
