The general welding shop on Naebkhehhars Road, next to the Library, North of Chomsin Road, opposite the old Hospital, does a good job. The young fellow speaks reasonable English, and will go to your house

Soi 102 just after the railway line on the right are ok, have catalogue, average english spoken, as usual heavy extra for white skin so take Thai if possible, will discount prices, quality ok by thai standards

There is a general welding shop in Phetkasem Rd (opposite palace ie West side) - has 100's of designs. Will come and quote and fit inside/outside. Several houses done in my village.

Make sure you get SEVERAL quotes . This bloke was 50% cheaper than others and product GOOD!
