Hi Guys, We stayed in Hua Hin about 6 years ago now looking to return in the near future, one of the bars we used to go to was pennys bar do'es anyone know if it is still there, we had some great times in there

I think the bar that you are looking for is now called
Sabai bar. There are new owners, a very nice
Thai/English couple.
The last time I met Penny, she had a new bar
called 99.

If the bar you used was near Billy's Bar, that has long gone. Penny and her Australian husband, a chef at Chiva Som at the time, moved to Saudi, I think, and returned to Phuket a couple of years ago.
