Looking for an Architect/Builder

I am a resident of Thailand and have been here for about 5 years. We ( my Thai gf) and I have have just bought a rai of land in HH. We are looking for some advise on finding an architect and builders in HH. We currently live in Songkhla and only get up to HH every couple of months or so.

I have built 2 houses in Canada and am well aware of all the problems building can have, and that was in a country were I spoke the language, so I can assume I will have to multiply by a factor of 10 here

Any advise on who to use, or more importantly who to avoid

would be appreciated.

However, I don't think you'll find answers to your specific questions there. I'm sure there'll be plenty of members who can help.
