Talking noodles here, your basic kwoi diaeow. (forgive the transliteration)

Boat noodles, we all love 'em, they are cheap and tasty. Most often you're given a chioce of three or four noodles to go with the tasty broth, sen mee, sen lek, ba mee, or sen yai. I've been all over the board since I've been here. Started out a strong ba mee guy, but now I tend toward the sen lek. What's your noodle?

I've asked Mrs BB which I like most, she says I like them all equally, so no vote from me - there isn't an option.

I'm sorry, I don't know the difference, and she is insistent that I like them all equally. However, if one of those is what they use in Passa eeal (OK, I can't spell it), that would be my preference.

Any of them except what my wife has just come back with. They're a little hot and - well I don't what's in them. She's been out on the lash all day.
I'll stick with my massaman.

Mine is a toss up between ba mee and sen mee. I think pad siew with sen mee and shrimp is my favourite and what I have most mornings. Lat naa with sen yai is also nice for a change, and of course the ba mee with moo dang. It's a tough choice.

What I'm really not too fond of is weetieo soup with noodles and fish balls etc. Sometimes the flavour of the broth turns me off, and usually way too much MSG in it, even when you tell them not to put any in. Pete

All these references to Mrs. BB leads me to wonder what her current noodle pick is? I just checked with Mrs. Shunpike and she has recently left the sen lek camp and gone over to the sen mee. Traitorous perhaps, but I loves her anyhoo!

Mrs BB says that Sen Yai would be her preference if purchasing at a restaurant.

However, it seems the reason I like all of them is because she cooks them for me. Lung Per, if she cooked them for you, she is sure that you would like them all equally as well. :D
