Don't know whether I dare ask after the last question I asked on here went totally off what I asked in the first place, but here goes. I have heard that while this summit Aesean thing is on here at the end of the month we have to have some sort of sticker or permit for our car and motorbike to go into Hua Hin. Is this right and if so how do you go about getting one.
