Thus avoiding the entrance fee.

Yup, terrible, isn't it? Can't have anyone making a profit, can we? All I can say is that I've been to 3 or 4 of these quiz nights and they've always been great fun. Totting up at the end of the evening, they've always been very good value for money too.

It does actually take time and money to prepare and present the quiz itself.

Well that seems like sound advice from Mr Kipling [quoted above], but I have to agree with Hobiecat that a 200THB quiz entry fee is a bit of a bummer. I mean GBP4.00 for a measly portion of fish n' chips - no way! That was until I read "with Tartare Sauce".
