Appliance Repairs

A Big problem. The fridge (Hitachi) has packed up and the beer is getting warm. Anyone know who I can talk to to get this repaired. There must be a man somewhere in HH that can do these small repairs.

I also need someone to look at a shower unit which although still working will only produce tepid water.

Any ideas??
