Long Term rental

Looking for long term rental , central, one bed or studio ideal.
Pref with pool around 10k -15k baht
wifi or internet a must
wanting from around the 18th Febuary

Any sugestions welcome, not know the areas very well, dont want to be too far out as no transport at moment.

So is this place is available for a 5 years of rental then I am ready to give the 6 months of advanced rental.
