Not bad...at a guess your american? that laundry looks rather large...hope you dont mind me pointing a few things out....
entry and wir of bed 3 is a little odd with the v inthe wall and that pantry looks rather large other wise layout looks good, that exterior wall over over ens/bed 1 makes it look heavy...

you build this there in thai?

the house wasnt built, just an exercise. its always good to try out different ideas and methods of construction.keeps the brain ticking, and imagination juices flowing.plus it makes a nice presentation for an advert.

With the right choice of colours on the outside to break up the elevations, it would make the large areas of roof and walls look smaller to the eyes.

I can't tell from floor plan but I would like to see the decking area elevated to make the most of any views if there is room for an internal staircase. There should still be enough headroom for a pergola roof above raised decking.
