As a result of this thread (http://www.huahinafterdark.com/forum/vi ... =3&t=15010) I went past Blue Station on Wednesday or Thursday evening to find that the front of the place has completey changed - white frames, blue tinted glass - and it appears now to be a pretty standard night club.
It was, IMHO the best Thai place in town by some diustance and if it has gone then I'm sad to see that. Does anyone know what happened? Blue station is where the Army raid was on the Kings Birthday in case anybody didn't work it out from my posts on the incident.
Also, does anyone know where the band fronted by the early twenties aged lad has gone, as they were a good act. Do they have another gig, or have they broken up? I'd be keen to see them again given the opportunity.

As my mate was only here for a week we never got further than Bintabaht except for a couple of 4 am finishes in the karaoke/night bazaar. Best laid plans and all that.............................
We did stop by the place near Kim's Kitchen while walking one afternoon but could not tell if it was still open or not.
After he left I was walking around during the day and went past where I thought Blues Station was (I haven't been for 2 or 3 years) and thought either I have the wrong place or it has changed.
We did spend the afternoon until early evening on Takiab beach at the Honda Fest which was a fantastic afternoon with great atmosphere and thousands of Thai's.
