Joint Thai-Cambodia Tourist Visa

There is a newspaper report today that the Thai Parliament has endorsed a Thai-Cambodian agreement to enable visitors to use a single vias to visit both countries.

The visa is said to allow visitors from 35 countries to stay up to 60 days in Thailand and 30 days in Cambodia. Tourists will be able to apply for the visa at the embassies of either country.

Is it true or just another Thai rumour?

I'm not sure what happened to this visa, but the two countries were definitely discussing it or had ratified it.
I havn't come across anyone (western) who's mentioned that they've had one yet though.
