Want to rent a house for a long term

Hello all,

I want to come to Hua Hin in July / August 2011 and rent a house for at least a year.

I come alone (with my cat only so I just need a simple 1 bedroom place with a kitchen and living room area. Preferable in the south part of the city (Khao Takiab), but in the area of stable wireless Internet coverage.

Budget is about 10-12Kb per month.

Anyone got any ideas?
