I don't know about he "gold" part but I believe Avenue 88 is on the south side of Soi 88 up the hill past the school just before all the new government buildings.
My brain is like an Internet browser; 12 tabs are open and 5 of them are not responding, there's a GIF playing in an endless loop,... and where is that annoying music coming from?

Thanks a lot for that hhfarang - not too far off.

I got a call back from JW, who told me that it's after the new government buildings, over the hill and then hang a left and continue about 600 metres.

Barry it is the one on the same side as where I met you last. The one with light grey rooves. White exterior wall with rectangular motif on the panels.
