Heating a Spa

I’m trying to establish the size of a heater to warm the water in a spa during those cooler periods.

To do that I need to know the maximum and minimum ambient air and unheated water temperatures to be expected and what would be a comfortable water temperature to sit in when the water temperature drops below that comfortable level. Any one have an idea?

At a guess over 35 C.

If it's electrical heating the limitation will be the supply if it's single phase with a 3-6kW element.
otherwise you're looking at a 3- phase supply for faster heating.
Solar water heating would be a better approach unless it's for nocturnal activities

I found some data online that illustrates the average ambient air temperature in Bangkok ranges between 20 to 35 degrees C. So I'm thinking the heater needs to be sufficient to heat the water to around 30 degrees C using a 3 phase supply.

I have one used once. In line 6kw if I remember correctly. Bought from GDL cost around 20k.
10k and its yours.
