Where to buy cyanuric acid in Hua Hin

Does anyone know where we can buy cyanuric acid for our swimming pool in Hua Hin, I understand it is cheaper than "stabilizer" you buy from the pool shops.

1kg will bring a 50m3 pool up around 30ppm the level should be around 50-70ppm
