For Yoga lovers, I found a new Yoga studio in Khao Takiab ..opp. JamJuri Condo.. Nice and cozy place. I decided to take a class there and found out i was so peaceful and relaxed after that class. The owner is a sweet Indian and European couple. After the class they serve me this tea called Yogi Tea.. Very nice and new to me. They are specialized in Kundalini Yoga ( Breathing, Pranayama, Physical exercise..very powerful, and nice Meditation). I love it. Just want I am looking for. A peace of mind and a Yoga style that is not commercial or fitness Yoga.
They told me they also do Yoga for kids, for couples , for seniors and also for addiction recovery.. Sound interesting.. I got friends into drugs may be they can help.
